We are conscientious in our work too,demanding the highest standards of one and other, of our work and of our products.  The Role: As a key member of the Management team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering best-in-class strategic and operational HR & people management. support to our growing business.  Key Role Requirements:* The Human Resource manager is directly responsible for all aspects of the HR function within the business, incorporating organisation and leadership. development, resourcing, compliance, employee relations, talent management;* Lead, develop and contribute to the successful implementation of our People Strategy and HR Operational Plan, which support the company's ambitious. growth strategy;* Play a key part in the management team of Java Republic;* Partner with members of the management team to support their operational requirements;* Develop, recommend and implement appropriate policies and procedures;* Lead and contribute to initiatives that support the development of our team of professional and experienced colleagues, including the management team;* Work with the management team to ensure that Java Republic is not only in full compliance with our legal responsibilities, but that we excel in our application of best-practice HR and people management initiatives, policies and procedures;* Project Work as and when required.  The Person. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and confident self-starter seeking to develop their career with a progressive company. Essential Requirements:* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Management or Senior Business Partner (or similar) role;* Excellent administration and organisational skills;* Strong proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Package;* Excellence in attention to detail;* A solution-focused creative approach;* Proven track-record of delivering projects on-time and in-budget;* Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills;* An excellent work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work;* Ability to perform to a high standard in a pressurised environment, demonstrating resilience, flexibility and tenacity;* Ability to work as a team player and to act independently on own initiative using sound judgement and absolute discretion;* Ability to respectfully challenge and influence to the benefit of the company;* A third-level qualification (at least Bachelor’s Degree level) in Human Resource Management;* CIPD-qualified.
