Business Development Exec - Midlands


Fantastic Opportunity for a Business Development Executive to progress their career gaining invaluable experience along the way in a four star hotel environment. If you are a driven, ambitious individual with a passion for sales, who enjoys meeting new people this is the perfect opportunity for you. The role: On the road 3 days of the week to acquire new business and build relationships with potential clients. Remaining two days would be office based. Meeting targets and KPI's set by the Director of Sales. Work effectively with the sales team - Director of Sales, 2 other sales executives. Attend events and functions that may acquire new business, outside of office hours. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9-5.30. The Ideal Candidate: Full clean driving license is required. Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel. Sales and marketing qualification, will consider a very experienced candidate with no qualification. Sales driven, ambitious and focused. Strives to exceed expectations and surpass targets. Confident outgoing character, that would make a great first impression. Good communication is essential. Proficient on Microsoft is essential.
