Customer Service Fluent German
Overview of role : An Multinational companyis looking to recruit a German Customer Service Rep. on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Provide support to customers in a polite and efficient manner. Provide clear and concise advice and information to customers as necessary. Respond to a variety of questions including application status, account set up, payment processing and receiving. Research and resolve issues arising from payment processing and escalate in a timely manner. Review and process all applicable documentation in support of applications. Document technical issues and escalate to technical support as appropriate. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience: 3rd level qualification in Business, Financial or related. 1-3 years Customer Service experience from either banking, financial or insurance.
