We are recruiting a Permanent Accounts and Office Administrator to join our team. Summerhill Lawnsis long established as one of Ireland's leading growers and suppliers of roll out lawns to the Horticulture sector. As an important member of the team you will be responsible in supporting the successful running of all admin duties required in the running of a small business. This permanent position is ideal for someone with experience with some/ most of the requirements below and would like to become part of a small growing friendly business team. Key Requirement. · Strong customer focus with excellent telephone skills is essential as reactive sales targets will be a task, along with building a strong rapport with the existing pipeline of established customers. · Experience using account packages (Quickbooks would be an advantage.) · Manage Creditors, Debtors and preparation of Bank Reconciliations. · Processing weekly Payroll. · Excellent numerical ability essential. The Role & Responsibilities. · Preparing and cross checking End of month statements, and invoicing all debtors each month. · Payment processing. · Data entry – Debtors and Creditors listing. · Processing invoices and credit notes on a daily basis. · Dealing with general debtor and creditor queries. · Preparation and submission of Vat returns and any other regulatory reports when required. · Monthly payments to suppliers. · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. · General admin – email management on a daily basis, answering phone calls etc. · Other admin duties as required in the running of a small business. · Identifying and resolving invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
