Experienced Sous Chef required for busy 4* Hotel in Co Meath. Client would like to meet experienced Chef, ideally with 3-4 years experience in large busy Hotel. Your main role will be to focus on Bar/Bistro food and lead the team there. Overall experience in Main Kitchen and Banqueting will be of benefit. Experienced team leader required who can take responsibility for that outlet, we need a candidate who thrives on being busy, enjoys a "hands on " role, reports to overall Head Chef.
