Navan Hire, Hardware & DIY Centre, established in 1986 is a leading provider of hardware, DIY and the hire of plant and machinery in the North East. As a member of the Topline Group we are committed to expanding our business and meeting the needs of our customers. We are now looking to recruit a Construction Plant Fitter / Mechanic for our site in Navan and we also have a vacancy for our site in Trim. Duties Include: • Service and repair of large and small petrol and diesel engines. Required experience: • Minimum of 2/ 3 years experience in the Construction/Hire Industry preferred, but not essential. • Good knowledge of hydraulics and electrics required. Person Specification. • Strong communication skills. • Capable of working on own initiative in a fast paced environment. • Capable of working to a tight time schedule. • Able to efficiently keep daily records.
