Ratoath Motor Centre are currently seeking both a full time Service Advisor and Vehicle Administrator. to join our team at our newly opened operation. Service advisor: You will be expected to control the work flow through the workshop, act as quality control for the technicians' work and deliver on a prompt first time fix for all work that is actioned. Working closely with the General Manager, your role will include not only the above, but in driving the workshop technicians to better efficiencies and productivity along with leading the way in delivering outstanding customer service. Duties. • Being responsible for the routine operation of the workshop in terms of efficiency, cost containment, customer service levels, maintenance standards and safety performance. • The candidate must ensure accurate & timely processing of all "job card write-ups" and job completion status on DMS, pass all completed jobs to service costing and administration for invoicing whilst ensuring all work hours expended have been documented. • You will be required to operate the workshop loading system, allocating jobs to the Technicians who are most suitable, thus ensuring the highest standards of workmanship. • You will be working within an established Service Department team with the aim to uphold the company’s good reputation. • Key Responsibilities: Delivering highest possible levels of customer satisfaction (CSI. Maximising revenue, profitability and controlling departmental expenditure. Ensuring high levels of data quality. Delivering manufacturer franchise standards. Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained. Contributing to aftersales marketing strategy. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes: • Experienced and qualified mechanic, target driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated. • Effective planning and time management skills. • Interpersonal & communication skills. • Team building and motivational skills. • Operational knowledge. • Financial acumen. • Coaching skills. • IT literacy. Vehicle Administrator: Ratoath Motor Centre requires a motor administrator for immediate start. Autoview experience is preferable and the candidate must be computer literate, confident, and a self starter. This person will feed information into the group head office and he/she will be trained and supported when necessary. This person will be responsible for the motor sales administration, cash/banking etc. He/she must have some experience and good references, and be available for an immediate start.
