Matrix Recruitment is working with one of their key clients who is an established Manufacturing company based in Co. Offaly. They now have a job opening for a Service Delivery Analyst . This position is a permanent job . The Service Delivery Analyst will be responsible for providing IT support, service delivery oversight, service level management, reviewing operational performance reports and highlighting potential productivity enhancements. They will also escalate incidents and coordinate their resolution. Your new role: Offer technical skills and support to the team. You will be responsible for keeping a constant focus on improving the performance of the services provided with GTS team operations. Work with and Analyse data in order to identify root causes and implement action plans to improve procedures and prevent future defects. Partake in IS projects when necessary. Provide 2nd and 3rd level remote/desk support resolving all calls within Service Level Targets using our ITSCM system. Engages with our teams and clients to enhance the effectiveness of solutions and to increase the awareness of proactive quality improvements. Maintain close working relationships with end-users to ensure any service-related issues are identified and reported on. What are we looking for: A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role preferably a manufacturing discipline. Your role will be based on site however you will be required to travel to other sites. Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Operating System Technologies. Comprehension of a Citrix XenApp domain and Device Client Management tools. Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration and Video Conferencing. Demonstrates competence across all technical areas. Experience of working in front-line support or service desk environment. Strong proactive customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts. Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a high paced environment. Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
