Customer Service Administrator. Our client is seeking to recruit a number of Customer Service Administrators with German/French/Spanish/Italian. This is a fantastic company in the Athlone area, this company is leading in their field. This is a permanent position and offers fantastic opportunities, career prospects and benefits. Key Responsibilities. * Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received via telephone, fax, post, are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt. * Returns processing and order entry. * Credit and debit memo processing. * Delivery processing. * Invoice processing. * Price review for customers. * General data entry activities relating to order to cash process. Essential Skills. * High level of accuracy. * Strong attention to detail. * Good computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP an advantage. * Flexible; strong team player. * Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. * Approachable and enthusiastic. * Flexible and adaptable. * Able to work on own initiative and as a team player. * Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity. * Good judgment and problem solving ability.
