What you need to know. Matrix Recruitment are looking to recruit an Electronic Design Engineer for their medical device company client in Co. Galway. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities. Design new circuits or adjust existing circuits to efficiently meet product specifications. Coordinating, guiding and instructing PCB designers. Generating requirement specifications and verification protocols during the design and development process. Guide technical root cause analyses in resolution of production or field quality issues. Acting as a key technical driver to help design new products by applying your innovation skills. Responsible for handling electronics design projects and liaising with other departments as required. What are we looking for? Desirable: Electronics Degree or equivalent and similar work experience with a Medical Device Company. Good knowhow of interfaces such as I2C, Bluetooth, RS232, USB. Experience in analog and digital circuit design. Excellent schematic design experience. Awareness of C/C++ and Assembler programming and techniques.
