This organisation is a highly successful global FinTech organisation. They currently require a Business Analyst with experience in KYC / AML to join their team to work with internal business stakeholders in overseeing and owning all of the requirements gathering and business analysis activities to evolve their KYC/AML product requirements. This is a permanent role with a global FinTech start up and you will be the key Business Analyst in the organisation. The role is permanent and based in North Dublin with some travel initially. The Position: Work closely with business stakeholders locally and globally, to analyse business requirements, lead workshops, document solutions and design functional specifications for the technology team in relation KYC/AML systems requirements. Work with closely with both technology and business teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and oversee delivery in relation to new functionality to ensure a smooth transition to production. Ensure operational cutover plans are robust and fit for purpose. Advise on best practice and help to improve processes and ensure the highest standards of delivery are adhered to. The Person: You will have at least 3-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst with at least 12 months experience with KYC/AML. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and will be passionate about delivering the highest quality solutions to the business. You will be a self-starter and will have added value in terms of process improvement in previous roles.
