Accommodation/Housekeeping Manager | Salary €32k-€35k DOE | Meath/Kildare/Westmeath. We are recruiting for an Accommodation Manager for our client a Luxury Hotel in Meath! This role will oversee all aspects of the accommodation department to ensure a high standard of professionalism throughout the hotel and requires that the chosen candidate prove their managment skills. Job Title: Accommodation Manager. Location: Meath/Kildare. Salary: €32,000-€35,000 DOE. Facility: Hotel. Benefits: Execellent training and development. Uniform. Leisure Centre. Free Meals on Duty. Excellent training. Career Progression. About the Job: Accommodations Manager ensure that all guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Directly manage the Housekeeping department and also oversee front office operations in the absence of Front office manager. To ensure all staff in Housekeeping and Front office departments comply with Hotel Policy regarding uniform and personal hygiene. Ensure all Maintenance work in Bedrooms, Laundry and Public Areas are rectified prior to releasing rooms back to front desk. To actively train all staff to the standards laid down in the Training Manual and monitor their work performance. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Accommodation/Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Accommodation manager within a 4* or 5* star hotel. Excellent communication and customer care skills. Experience in Opera Front Office System necessary.
