We have a great opportunity for the right Chef De Partie to join this amazing kitchen in Kildare!As a Chef De Partie you are responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not receive. Job Title: Chef De Partie. Location: Meath/Kildare. Salary: €29,000-€33,000(14.50 per hour. Hours: Full time. Facility: Hotel. Benefits: Uniform. Car parking. Overtime. Free Meals on Duty. Excellent training. Career Progression within a Hotel. About the Job: As Chef De Partie you will take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Hotel. Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef. Assist in training and supervising junior chefs or commis. As Chef De Partie you will ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times. As Chef De Partie set an example to others for personal hygiene and cleanliness on and off duty. Job Requirements: 1 year previous experience as a Chef De Partie for a 4* or 5* hotel. A high standard of spoken and written English. Culinary qualification beneficial but not essential. Able to work under pressure. Excellent culinary catering talent.
