Telemarketing Assistant. City West, Dublin. €Excellent. Established over 25 years ago, our client is the leading private provider of hearing care solutions for adults in Ireland. They have more than 60 clinics throughout the country and provide a comprehensive home testing service. An opportunity has now arisen for a Telemarketing Assistant to join their team. If you are a have excellent telesales or telemarketing experience alongside a customer service background this is the perfect opportunity to advance your sales career where there is great earning potential and plenty of room to develop your skills. As a Telemarketing Assistant, you will be tasked with providing a telemarketing service to our client’s branch in City West, Dublin, and supporting Hearing Aid Dispensers in the development of new customers for our client’s audiological solutions. You will follow-up leads and enquiries and ensure that Hearing Aid Dispensers’ diaries are full of appointments to visit customers, assess their needs and provide solutions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work to call KPIs, provide high levels of customer care and manage inbound and outbound leads effectively. Your targets will include making around 100 calls per day and aiming to book nine appointments from those. Interested? If so, you will need: - At least two years’ of proven customer service experience. - At a minimum, two years’ experience in a telesales or telemarketing role. - A professional telephone manner. - Previous office/secretarial experience. - A professional standard of computer literacy in particular Microsoft Office Suite. As a Telemarketing Assistant, you will also need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and manage a high volume of leads.
