Customer Support Centre Assistant
JOB SPECIFICATION. Key Responsibilities: Product support across the full product range from external customers and the branch network. Working closely with key customers and managing their account from a stock availability/ sourcing and sales order processing. Allocating payments against invoices and reconciling invoices. Processing of Energy Saving Credits. Taking overflow of branch calls. Handling calls and queries in relation to product availability. Adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental rules and regulations. Any other duties as reasonably requested by management that are within your capability to perform. Please note that the above list is not intended to capture every detail of your role but the main areas of responsibility. PERSON SPECIFICATION. The following criteria will be used in the selection process. Only those applicants who meet the essential criteria will be shortlisted for interview. The Company reserves the right to initially shortlist those candidates who meet both essential and desirable criteria. Essential: Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent Administration skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High levels of customer focus with outstanding telephone manner. Sound communication skills. Willing and able to work on a rota basis from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays when required. Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role within the heating and plumbing industry.
