After Sales Customer Service Rep On behalf of our client based in Co. Westmeath, we are currently recruiting for an After Sales Customer Service Rep. Our client is a medical devices company and this role is to provide an excellent customer service journey for customers/ patients and manage all customer care queries, post installation of equipment, regular updates and provide a full after care focus to long-term clients. You will be on the road servicing our clients in the midlands region. It is a full time permanent position, offering company vehicle, laptop/phone – to ensure mobile working. Main duties: Customer Service. Scheduling Face to Face client calls during installation and post installation of a new product. Dealing with any issues that may have arisen and feed this information back to Head office (i.e. any technical issues etc. Customer feedback management. Being the main point of contact for your customers and linking back to HQ. The Person. Previous experience in customer services role is desirable. Previous experience working in a clinical setting/ healthcare providing/ nursing - all an advantage. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting multiple deadlines. Capable of working independently yet as part of a team. Approachable personality with professional customer/service focus. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving ability. Answer customer calls from our Clients customer base promptly, professionally, efficiently and accurately - drive positive customer interactions and outcomes. Ability to work autonomous and self-driven.
