They have more than 60 clinics throughout the country and provide a comprehensive home testing service. An opportunity has now arisen for an Audiological Assistant to join their team. As an Audiological Assistant, you will be tasked with providing a telemarketing service to our client’s branch in Kimmage and supporting Hearing Aid Dispensers in the development of new customers for our client’s audiological solutions. You will follow-up leads and enquiries and ensure that Hearing Aid Dispensers’ diaries are full of appointments to visit customers, assess their needs and provide solutions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work to call KPIs, provide high levels of customer care and manage inbound and outbound leads effectively. Your targets will include making around 100 calls per day and aiming to book nine appointments from those. Interested? If so, you will need: - A high level of proven customer service experience. - A professional telephone manner. - Previous office/secretarial experience. - A professional standard of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office Suite. As an Audiological Assistant, you will also need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and manage a high volume of leads.
