***senior chef, dublin/meath border*** no splits. we are seeking a senior chef for a busy bar food operation in co meath/co. dublin border area. hours are 8-3 or 2-9.30- great work life balance. . this is a busy establishment that serves quality food all day, consisting of breakfast, carvery & dinner service. working cloesly with the head chef, 2 senior chefs and a kitchen brigade of 6. we are seeking an all-rounder that has experience preferably in restaurants of similar pedigree that are recognised with standards. this is a mix of breakfast and bistro & grill bar. this position may suit an experienced chef de partie with strong grill & range experience. prerequisites for this role include: " previous senior cdp or a junior sous chefexperience in a similar standard restaurant. " must have a mix of bistro/brasserie/restaurant exp. " can help develop and introduce new ideas and recipe's. " has flair and imagination. " can work well under pressure with a calm temperament. " can train and upskill the current kitchen brigade. " has good portion and cost control. " fully aware and compliant in food safety and haccp food management systems. " can deputise for the head chef in their days off-strong kitchen management exp.
