Requirements for the Baker Position: " Ideally, one to two years minimum of baking/pastry experience. " Ideally, HACCP trained but not essential. " Experience in all types of Breads & Pastries. " Experience in Savoury & Sweet Breads. " Any knowledge of bread finishing, icing, dusting, presentation is an advantage. " Excellent attention to detail. " Flexible to work early starts each day at 6 am approx. " Friendly and enthusiastic. " Flair and passion for baking. " Have their own means of transport. A trial day will take place to assess suitability of both candidate and client for this position. Salary Scale 22-24K for 1-2 years experience. The client will also look at applications whom want to become a Pastry Chef/ Commis Chef and work within the company and attend college part time while still working in the company.
