We are looking for a Commis/Sous Chef for our Gastro Bar. Duties. To support Head Chef and culinary team in maintaining excellent standards. To carry out the work delegated through the Head Chef. To prepare, cook and present all food for clients. To ensure all HACCP procedures are followed to the highest standards. Candidates. Must have previous experience in this role. Great attention to detail and creativity. Excellent organisation skills. Highly motivated. Must be able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a Team. Honest reliable and hardworking. Must be able to work under pressure. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and have a good knowledge of HACCP. 2 Years experience in a similar Role.
