Immediate Start. RESPONSIBILITIES. Be the first point of contact for the organisation. Maintain & update postal records & administration. Typing & General Administration duties. Provide general admin support and PA duties. Other ad hoc duties as required by management. EXPERIENCE. Previous administration experience preferablly within public sector. Project management/organisation skills. Strong Microsoft Excel. Customer Service experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. SKILLS. Excellent communication & presentation skills with a strong professional telephone manner. Excellent and extensive Outlook, Excel and Word skills required. Self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills. Excellent time management with the ability to multitask & work to deadlines. Attention to details. Proactive & dependable. Articulate, diplomatic & well presented. Confident & enthusiastic. Displays a genuine interest in helping people.
