Our client is a leading insurance and investment business in Europe. As a Sales Account Executive you will report to the Head of Sales Support. You will provide support to the Employee Benefits sales team and broker network, combining relationship management responsibilities with administrative responsibilities. This role is based in Navan, Meath. Responsibilities: Pre-Sales - provision of vetting services regards to all quotations request from Brokers as per agreed procedures, handling requests and liaising with pricing tea to close the pre-sale process. Day-to-day communication by telephone and email with reinsurers and clients with a view to enhancing and developing strong business relationships and influencing where business is placed. Manage open quotes, obtain and record broker feedback, collate, report, and analyse feedback. Implementation of post-sale initial setup of On-Risk schemes, drafting and issuances of policy schedules. Ensuring all Agency Agreements with companies and clients are established including compliance, issuance of relevant documentation is done as per internal procedures. Collation and distribution of Pipeline Report and New Business Sales Report for internal review. Obtain a detailed knowledge of Employee Benefits products and keep up to date on any charges. Required: 5 years account management / customer service experience in Financial Services or International Employee Benefits industries. QFA or equivalent. Computer Literacy - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Good working knowledge of using formulas in Excel to collate data. Good working knowledge of Pivot Tables, Graphs & Charts.
