Advancement Opportunity's. About the Job: Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements. Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures. Candidates must have a good knowledge of working with forecasts, rostering and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Food and Beverage and deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
