HR Advisor. Cpl HR is seeking an experienced HR advisor on behalf of a large organisation with offices in Athlone for a 3 month contract role. The role will provide an integral partner in managing recruiting activities. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment which requires a candidate with exceptional communication and organisation skills. To be considered for this role, you must have previous recruitment administration experience. Role responsibilities. Supporting day to day HR operations. Schedule phone screens and onsite interviews. Take ownership of, and drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro-active communication, diligence and anticipation of candidate, interview and recruiter requirements. Frequent status and candidate update meetings with each of the hiring managers. Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings across multiple calendars. Recruitment administration, including interview confirmation details, reference checking. Build and develop relationships with the hiring teams. Involvement in ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the wider Recruitment & HR team. Role Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant discipline. 2 years’ experience in recruitment/recruitment coordination. Excellent consultative, problem solving, team working and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation and prioritising skills. Positive can-do attitude, with willingness to learn new systems and provide feedback.
