School Administrator| 35 hour working week Monday to Friday|Contract for 3 MONTHS INITIALLY| Based in Navan Co Meath| Start date ASAP|Email your CV to nicola.egan@collinsmcnicholas.ie. RESPONSIBILITIES. Preparation of documents and file maintenance. Manage receipt and communication of Creditors, Suppliers, Members of staff and students. Handle students and staff queries and complaints. Preparation of invoices and liaising with creditors and suppliers by following head office procedures. Supporting the academic staff with general administration duties including answering phones, emails, students queries, knowledge of school database systems. Complete monthly bank reconciliation. (Previous experience is desirable but not essantial. Manage the upkeep of stationery, supplies, files and follow Data Protection polices. EXPERIENCE. Previous experience in a similar working environment. Must have a strong administration background. Customer Service experience. Accounts administration experience desirable.
