Supported by an established sales, customer service and marketing function, we are looking for a self-starter, who can work autonomously and as part of a wider team in the generation, conversion and optimization of sales activity for a direct to consumer sales model, primarily in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. Complete the screening process for potential leads and sell the potential of the product where suitable, in line with product detail. Issue information packs and product material to the lead, supporting follow up. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Clinician for further development. Support the overall sales cycle through to sale close. Achieve productivity and ensure key performance indicators are met. Ensuring first class customer service, defined by key performance indicators measured within the role. Manage up-to date pipeline and record on CRM system. Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in a customer support/ telesales environment, preferably within the Medical Device sector. Third level qualification. Experience selling: prospecting for and closing new sales leads. Have an excellent telephone manner and very good organisational skills. Strong IT skills with knowledge of MS Office, in-house databases, the Internet and able to analyse information. Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
