They are now looking for an Operations Team Leader to join them. As the Operations Team Leader, you will ensure that requirements for the daily production plan are met. Leading and motivating the Production Team, you’ll make sure that all machines are resourced with trained Operators and all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, you will: - Handle staff absence, performance and quality issues. - Manage shift changeovers. - Ensure that any equipment or processing issues are swiftly addressed. - Report on production and quality metrics. - Prepare the production floor for internal and external audits. - Identify ways to improve existing operations. To be considered, you will need experience in a supervisory role, gained within the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and team-working skills are also key. Highly-motivated and adaptable, as the Operations Team Leader, you will have a strong focus on health and safety and great problem-solving skills.
