Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with a number of regional teams when developing content, design formats and new technology platforms to deliver property orientated messaging. Utilise technology to support the sales and marketing team in creating modern, up-to-date marketing materials. To engage with stakeholders for the collection and presentation of appropriate and effective content to support the promotion of the company for inward investment. Support the Operations and Global Teams with ad hoc requirements for Marketing Materials/Presentations. Develop and maintain a relevant database of content and marketing material relevant to the Sales & Marketing Department. Assist with the preparation of presentations, briefing material, statistics and analysis for the key stakeholders as required. To assist with the co-ordination of Site Visit Data for the Department on a monthly basis. To assist with completion of the Weekly Reports. Additional Requirements : A relevant third level qualification is desirable and/or business/IT experience. 1-2 years’ sales and marketing experience. A full driving licence is essential. Ongoing flexibility and interest in international career progression and development is required.
