The Role: My Client, a well established company based in Athlone for the last 28 years are seeking to hire an Accounts Administrator to join their small team. This will be a permanent, full-time contract. Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and redirect as appropriate. Deal with customer account queries. Processing of purchasing and sales invoices and credit notes. Credit Control. Post payments to relevant accounts. Completion of bank reconcilliations. Creation of new accounts. Preparation of various reports for management. General management of stock including recipts, returns and transfers. Required Experience: 2+ years in a similar role. Experience in the use of Opera accounting package or another similar system. Strong IT skills including Microsoft office package.
