ACHTUNG! I am acting on behalf of my client who is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive with business level GERMAN to join their team on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Athlone . This is an exciting opportunity in the midlands for Large Multinational Company - with excellent package to match! Your Role: The Customer service Executive will be responsible for processing sales orders. You will interact with direct and retail customers to provide world class customer services for incoming and outbound sales and customer service calls. The successful candidate will have the ability to recognise, respond and resolve all customer queries with a sincere commitment to excellent customer service. In your role you will employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer frustrations and solve customer problems. You will have the ability to probe for underlying issues and pose critical questions as outlined by the company's complaint procedure. The Customer Service Executive will categorise and log all incoming calls and accurately complete case notes in the call tracking database. You will follow proper procedures and work within established guidelines. The successful candidate will manage time effectively, prioritising daily tasks, preparing personal schedules and following tasks through to completion. You will achieve and maintain performance standards, including; conversion of calls to sales, up-sales, maintaining average call times and average order values, minimising call handling time, maintaining customer satisfaction and resolution times. The Customer Service Executive will search and retrieve data from various databases and multitask with multiple applications during a phone call. The job also includes administrative customer service tasks including responding to emails, handling mailings and sending information to customers. Essential Criteria: Customer Service experience essential. Fluency in both GERMAN and ENGLISH essential. Strong computer and administration skills essential. Demonstrable excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational and time management skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity. Flexibility with regards to working hours and responsibilities. Experience in an inbound target-driven call centre desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP advantageous.
