Financial Services Group are seeking a Systems Accountant to support with a systems migration. The Project Accountant will be responisble for agreeing and documenting Finance requirements, ensuring these are captured in the design phase of the project, delivering a comprehensive Finance test plan and migration strategy. Key Responsibilites. *Plan, prepare and deliver key Finance team messages to the project team to ensure the effective flow of information between the project team members, Finance, key stakeholders, the Project sponsor and CFO. *Build and maintain internal and external business relationships to ensure the effective and successful delivery of the Finance deliverables as defined in the project scope. *Contribute to the development and promotion of Utmost Wealth Change Framework best practice and standards to improve the consistency, efficiency, effectiveness and success of projects from a Finance team perspective. *Take ownership of the Finance elements of the project and work in collaboration with the Project team and colleagues to ensure that the Finance requirements are fully delivered. *Takes responsibility for the provision of support services to the project in relation to the Finance aspects. *Ensures that all Finance tasks are delivered in line with set deadlines. *Supports the programme board, project assurance teams and quality review meetings. Requirements. Qualified accountant. Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance, Life assurance or banking. System migration experience. Relevant change management and project delivery experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Must possess an ability to understand and concisely.
