JUNIOR PASTRY CHEF DELUXE HOTEL CO. MEATH 25K. An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, experienced Junior Pastry Chef to join a exclusive Kitchen Brigade in a Fine Dining hotel in Co. Meath. The role of a Junior Pastry Chef is a hands on challenging one, and therefore experience in this role in a similar type of establishment is essential. Professionalism, enthusiasm, adaptability, excellent communication skills and creativity will be just some of the attributes you will need to be successful in this role. All applicants require knowledge of patisserie, patisserie preparation and bread making and will be responsible for the planning and execution of the pastry menus, including their popular Afternoon Teas. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they are flexible, organise and able to coordinate a variety of activities working with fresh ingredients sourced locally whilst ensuring that the HACCP requirements and the hotels high standards are maintained at all times. Previous 3*/4* Hotel exp is preferred by the client. The ability to provide assistance with the great execution desserts for their Restaurant and also able to cater for their well noted Wedding Trade is required.
