Order Fulfilment Assistant. Permanent Role. County Meath Ireland. FRS Recruitment are partnering on an exclusive basis with an award winning role play games company. The company is involved in a very niche market which is heavily reliant on specialist channels and distribution networks, they have a global presence and are repeatedly on blogs, vlogs and forums in relation to the standard of their games. This is genuinely a really good place to work. Order Fulfilment Assistant. We are looking for a detail orientated, self motivated person with experience of fulfilment and stock management. Travel to trade shows and conventions in Europe will be needed. The role includes; Managing orders including pick, pack and fulfil customer orders and management of fulfilment of US orders. Stock management including routine audits of inventory. Business support such as reception duties; answering phone calls, logging mail and greeting visitors. First line customer service, dealing with queries about products and orders. Ordering supplies. Maintenance of the office premises ensuring it is a clean, tidy and safe environment for all. Assisting other members of staff with their duties. Attendance at EU and UK trade shows, transporting stock and setting up/dismantling trade stands. Ad-hoc tasks as needed. The right person will have; Experience of fulfilment and supply management. A full Irish or EU driving licence. Experience in using standard MS office computer programmes, in particular Excel, as well as some web based programmes. Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills are essential.A proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent approach to working in a team and building a supportive working environment. Desirable skills include, a forklift licence, manual and handling certification.
