We are seeking an experienced Bakers with at least one year of previous experience in a bakery to work in fast paced and high-volume setting. Our Clients are an Irish owned Grocery Retailers all over Ireland. Main duties will include: Baking from the scratch and finish products to the highest standard. Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough. Baking different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads. Shaping dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies and sweet rolls. Merchandising and presenting the Bakery Department to the highest standard at all time. Providing a high level of customer service. Weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Bakery. Maintaining product planning and batch control guidelines for bakery products. Conducting quality and freshness check. Maintaining and clean all baking equipment. The ideal candidate will have/be: 1+ years’ experience in food preparation and production experience. Ability to work well and to multi task in a busy environment. Professional and friendly approach. Team player and able to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible. Good spoken and written English.
