Due to an expansion phase - a leading Agri Business in Ireland & Europe are seeking applications for the position of Area Sales Manager for their Irish Midlands Market. The ideal candidate will come with sales experience and a knowledge or interest in Farm Machinery. This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive salary and an opportunity to travel. Responsibilities. Drive Sales within Company accounts while developing future sales Strategies & promotions. Create Responsibility of complete territory and all accounts within the assigned region to Individual sales Rep. In line with KPIs to visit customers twice per week. Gain Market Advantage & Market Knowledge Selling and promoting of our full product range. Knowledge of competitor activities in the regions, assessing opportunities for business development, Future business development and promotion of the company profile. Getting up to date feedback on current profiles, Customer product Trends. Ensuring all customers have up to date and correct access to catalogues & Pricing. Analysing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development within territory. Providing Competitive market feedback to Purchasing, Sales & COO respectively. Candidate Profile. 2 - 3 years previous sales experience (preferably in the Agri Sector. Knowledge of agricultural tractors or previous experience selling tractor parts is an advantage but not necessary. Excellent Organisational, communication & motivational skills. Remuneration.
