Quality Support - Administrative. Role Location: Co Westmeath. My client is a global company at the forefront of providing the consumer and retails markets with market research solutions. They offer point of sale solutions and industry solutions helping companies utilise information in terms of trends and market insights. This is not a call centre role; this is a team based administrative role where you will be responsible for the checking of market data. Data integrity is of utmost importance to ensure all reports are of quality and accurate. We are looking for candidates that have a strong work ethic and are ambitious, you will want to work for a company that genuinely offers progression and opportunities. Good excel skills are essential. Overall Responsibilities: Addressing client data queries. Generating data quality reports. Completing data quality close outs and checks. Working to resolve root cause issues. Managing multiple categories/retailer assignments. Other assigned tasks. What background is good for this role? Good/strong office admin experience. Strong excel-intermediate to be precise and be able to ,manipulate data, sort, filter and sum, conditional formatting of data. Analytical minded/logical/see bigger picture behind problems. Personal approach- maybe some retail background, customer facing role, excellent communication skills, confident speaker.
