IT Support Manager
Role: IT Support Manager. Key Tasks: Provide on-site IT support and maintenance. Create and maintain the team planning for operational and project activities. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. Defines and controls the daily operational processes. Acts as an escalation point for all major problems of incidents. Requirements: Proven management / team lead experience. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.
