Producers - Game Company. Permanent Roles. County Meath Ireland. FRS Recruitment are partnering on an excusive basis with an award winning role play games company based in Co Meath Ireland. The company is involved in a very niche market which is heavily reliant on specialist channels and distribution networks, they have a global presence and are repeatedly on blogs, vlogs and forums in relation to the standard of their games. Most of the roles offer a great degree of flexibility to the successful in terms of start time and wfh/full time plus some exciting travel opportunities are also involved to the US and EU areas. We are looking for a person with experience of delivering creative products in the book, magazine, gaming or other relevant sector. The role includes; Leading game products through development from concept to the customers hands. Being the chief editor and brand manager for one or more product lines. Commissioning and managing input from artists, writers, game designers and editorial colleagues to deliver an excellent product. Planning, delivering and tracking delivery of high quality products to deadline and budget. Developing and delivering excellent and innovative new products. Participating in publicity and marketing activities as necessary; including producing material for advertising, representing the brand at events and other PR activities. The right person will have; An arts degree or extensive relevant experience. Extensive experience in the production of games, book/magazine or other printed material background. Experience in using InDesign, photoshop plus standard office programmes. Excellent project management, communication skills and organisational skills. Strong editing and copywriting skills. Excellent approach to team management and building a supportive working environment. Experience of dealing effectively with creative differences. Desirable skills include being able to develop original material, graphic design and copywriting for media and advertising.
