The ideal candidate will have Scratch Bakery experience. As a Scratch Basker in our client's store, you will be joining a lovely team of staff. Excellent career progression opportunities are on offer with this Baker job. Salary depending on experience. Duties as a Baker: Preparing equipment for baking such as mixers. Measuring and weighing ingredients. Kneading, rolling, cutting and shaping the dough. Baking to perfection a range of cakes, bread, and pastries. Preparing fillings for cakes and pies (custard, apple pie filling, etc.) Providing excellent customer service. Requirements for this Baker Job: Experience as a Scratch Baker. Ability to thrive under pressure. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety regulations. A passion for food and baking.
