Responsibilities: General Reception and Administration duties. Deal with customer account queries. Working with Opera – Accounting System to: Set up new customers. Invoicing / Credit Notes. Rental Order Numbers / POD/dispatch via courier / post. Returns / Account Close. Payment Postings. Lodgements / CC. Data entry. Stock Management of: Receipts. Transfers. Invoicing to allocate to pt. Returns. Run various validation reports for Opera and Stock Management. Requirements: Experienced office administrator who can work in a busy varied environment. Some experience of working with an accountancy system is required. The excellent working ability of Microsoft Office programmes. A proactive candidate with a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills.
