We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor in our M1 store Drogheda. Previous retail experience is essential for Supervisor Positions. Jobs Descriptions. Responsibility: • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. • Motivate and train team of sales assistant to maximize their potential. • Work closely with Store manager on all aspects of floor management. • Ensure Health and Safety Standards are met. • Stock Management – maintain accurate stock levels and stock holding. • Ability and experience in merchandising and ensuring floor standards. • Drive sales opportunities within each department as required. • Ability to carry out seasonal changes as directed. • Flexibility – willing to take on additional tasks and assist in the execution of new projects. • Maintain a positive attitude through periods of change and is professional in all work situations. • Following and implementing all Company Policies and Procedures to drive the business. • Opening / Closing of the store. • Cash Management – lodgements and till management. • Security Vigilance. • Completing various paperwork to ensure compliance with company procedure and Health and Safety. Requirements. • Ability to prioritize and put in practice the use of effective time managements skills. • Lead a team and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. • A good level of computer literacy. • Min 1-year experience in a similar role. • Flexible to support our busiest times which can include weekdays, evenings, weekend work & Public holidays.
