Beverage Manager role in a busy 4* Hotel in Co Meath, experienced Beverage or Brasserie Manager required with minimum 3 years experience in similar role in a mixed Corporate and Leisure property. You will be responsible for daily management of entire Beverage department including Main Hotel Bar and banqueting Outlets, special events etc. This is a senior Management role in a lovely property, preference for candidates 4/5* management experience, ideally looking forward to first F&B management role within 2 years.
