THE ROLE: * Development and deployment of Global Engineering Strategy including development and deployment of global engineering team. * Drive development and deployment of preventive and predictive maintenance teams. * Establishment and management of global capital planning process. * Development and deployment of best practice process documentation. REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced Engineering Degree. * Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. * Experience of developing and implementing a global engineering team. * Strong leadership skills.
