National Training Solutions, established in 2008 are market leaders in providing professional and practical training solutions in all areas of health & safety as well as the corporate sector. We are looking for a highly motivated, data-driven marketer to run the entire marketing function for our company. You will be responsible for researching, designing and publishing creative content across a variety of channels with the primary aim of increasing traffic to our site, converting that traffic to inbound leads and nurturing those leads through to qualification for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: • We're looking for a storyteller, someone who can take our content to the next level. Publishing creative content across a variety of channel types and target audiences such as blog posts, landing pages, nurture streams, email copy and course brochures. • Optimising marketing automation, designing strategies and effective calls to action for the purposes of lead generation across all channels e.g. website, email, advertising & blog posts. • Working with the SEO team to perform keyword and topic research and to ensure all content is optimised from an SEO perspective. • Using relevant tools to conduct Content Audits to identify top performing content, under-performing content, content for pruning, content for optimisation and any content gaps. • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and data analytics. Using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, report on relevant search results, organic traffic and other agreed KPIs on an ongoing basis and use your expertise to advise on next steps. • Working closely with senior management to devise strategic content calendars to achieve sales objectives. • Liaising with the sales team to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually improve our process to convert customer. • Conducting market research and analysing data to identify various trends/audiences. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in Marketing. • 1 – 2 years’ experience. • An entrepreneurial Spirit with a can-do attitude. • Teamwork skills. • Communication and networking skills. • Design and writing skills. • Adaptability. • Commercial Awareness. • Good organisation and planning skills. • Numerical and IT skills.
