Responsibilities of this Trainee Retail Manager job include: Achieving targets and KPIs as set by senior management. Delegating tasks to members of staff to ensure the department and store are of the highest standards. Developing and training of staff members. Leading by example in providing excellent customer service. Stock and waste management. Skills and qualities required for this Trainee Retail Manager include: Have previous people management experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
