The post holder is responsible for the delivery and implementation of a range of generalist HR services within the relevant service area and the provision of advice and guidance on HR issues in order to support the function in the achievement of its business objectives. Working with the HR Team, the Grade VII HR Officer will provide guidance on the broad HSE HR policy direction and governance on people related matters and provide HR support and guidance to staff and managers, to include matters relating but not exclusive to recruitment and selection, contracts, remuneration, grievances and other HR / Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
