We are Currently recruiting for a Domestic & Small Commercial Sales Rep for our busy client based in Navan, Co. Meath. The Role: The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following; To solicit new domestic business in the designated area of responsibility to meet defined sales targets. Achieve sales targets within an assigned territory, by distributing advertising literature and domestic canvassing to sell products and services. Bin deliveries and removals, upgrades and identifying new small commercial customers. Responsible for all customers within defined territory, from the initial customer sign up, to account management and bin delivery. Responsible for cash collection and management as detailed by procedure. Work with the wider domestic sales team to deliver a first class customer service to all our customers, dealing in a timely manner with customer queries and issues as they arise. o Liaise with other departments to make sure smooth set up of accounts. Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes: 2 years proven sales experience. Experience in the waste industry desirable. A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills. Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative. Be flexible and prepared to work in any required areas.
