What you will need to know: You will work as a Finance Operations Manager for our client, a leading financial institution based in North Leinster. This is a permanent job which can offer opportunities to take on higher level roles in this business sector. You will be part of the senior management team and in addition to your financial duties you will also be responsible for IT strategy and operations. The salary/benefits package will reflect the importance of the position. Your New job: Presentation of accounts to CEO and board. Preparation of key management reports and KPI’s analysis. Complete statutory accounts, submit tax returns and manage cash flow. Manage investment and treasury activities. Prepare budgets and forecasts. Ensure internal controls are at the highest level and ensure compliance to all accountancy standards and legislative requirements. Assume responsibilities for all ICT functions. Ensure solutions are delivered that are cutting edge and recognise the future expectations of customers internally and externally. Become an integral member of team leading strategic development. Train, manage and develop staff. What are we looking for? Qualified accountant (10 years post qualification experience. ICT qualification would be an advantage. Experience of managing an IT department. Strong knowledge of IT systems. Can do will do attitude, commercial acumen, compliance orientated.
