Based in Bettystown. Immediate Start- initial 3 month contract. RESPONSIBILITIES. Be the first point of contact for the organisation. Greeting all visitors to in a friendly & professional manner. Accounts Administration. Manage the reception desk. Answering all incoming calls in an efficient, timely & professional manner. Organise lunch/refreshments for meetings as required. Maintain & update postal records & administration. Typing & General Administration duties. Ensure that the reception area is welcoming. Provide general admin support and PA duties. Other ad hoc duties as required by management. EXPERIENCE. Previous experience of managing a reception desk. Must have a strong administration background. Customer Service experience.
