About the Job: • Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards ensuring guest satisfaction. • Manage an afternoon Tea and all-day dining throughout the Lounge and terrace area. • Lead Lounge team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel. • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements. • Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures. • The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working as a Food and Beverage, Events, Bar or Restuarant Manager.
